I wasn’t sure what to expect on my first day at Pittard Perry & Crone, Inc. I quickly realized that everyone was friendly and made me feel right at home. We will help you follow your interests by mentoring your growth in three to five areas of concentration. You may work with clients in agribusiness, construction, medical practices, employee benefit plans, estates/trusts, or not-for-profit or government auditing and/or taxation to name just a few.
Our firm also offers a unique work-life balance. Our shareholders and managers have an open door policy. You will not be working for them; you will be working with them as we strive to achieve individual and firm-wide goals.
As your knowledge and level of responsibility grow, you will direct engagements and supervise the on-the-job training of other employees. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop rewarding one-on-one relationships with existing and prospective clients, becoming the primary contact on some engagements.
