Michael C. Jordan, CPA
Michael is a shareholder in the Goldsboro office. He has extensive experience in audits for counties, local education agencies, municipalities and not-for-profit organizations. He provides tax planning services for individuals and closely held businesses.
Michael is a graduate of Methodist College in Fayetteville with a B.S. in History with minors in Political Science and Biology. He obtained his accounting study at North Carolina State University. He is also a graduate, as well as, past president of Wayne County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program.
Michael has a passion for education and ensuring the highest standards of the accounting profession, serving two terms on the North Carolina State Board of CPA Examiners. In March 2009 he was also named president of the State Board of CPA Examiners. He is a member of the CPA Examiners Board’s Executive Committee and the Professional Standards Committee. Michael, a resident of Goldsboro, also gives his time to his community as a volunteer with Wayne County United Way and Partners in Education. An avid gardener, Michael spends April 16th each year planting his garden.
