Lowell G. Taylor, CPA

Lowell is a shareholder in the Williamston office. He has extensive experience in the construction and agribusiness industries. In addition to audit and tax services, Lowell also provides technical assistance and solutions for PPC’s not-for-profit clients and employee benefit plan audits. He currently serves as the firm’s designated shareholder with firmwide responsibility for the firm’s employee benefit plan audits.

A graduate of East Carolina University with a B.S. in Accounting, Lowell began and continued his career with PPC since 1984. In that time, he has been awarded the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement in Personal Financial Planning and Advising for Closely Held Businesses.

Lowell is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, camping and visiting national and state parks. Achieving Eagle Scout as a youth, he currently volunteers as an assistant den leader for his youngest son’s Cub Scout Pack 218 den. He received the Blackbeard District Cub Scout Webelos Leader of the Year award in 2012. Since 1991, Lowell has served as treasurer and committee member of the Martin County Chapter of Ducks Unlimited and as treasurer and several terms on the Vestry of Church of the Advent(Episcopal).
