G. Frank Whitley, CPA

Frank is a shareholder in the Raleigh office. He provides tax and financial planning for closely held businesses and individuals. Frank has over 40 years experience primarily working with corporations, partnerships, LLC’s and individuals in the real estate area.

Frank joined Pittard Perry & Crone, in January 2010 when the firm merged with Whitley Maxton and Company, PLLC (in which he was managing partner). He is a graduate of Barton College with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology.

Frank is a former Jaycee in Smithfield and a former member of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. In his spare time, Frank enjoys fishing and spending time on Harker’s Island, NC.
